Re: CLASS "A" OPERATORS

The Class "A" Operators writeup and photo bring back some great memories. I lived only a few miles from Mike and heard him all the time on 80 meters and 40 meters. I operated AM starting in 1962 with call sign WA2VOL. W2UJR also lived nearby and I recall working him on both 80 meters and 160 meters. This is a great blog and I really enjoy seeing all the old photos. Great to see those QSL cards from Mike Premus with his earlier 8th district calls. Kent AA6P
